Karl spent his apprenticeship writing 3D environments in Flash 4 and running the entire IT setup for the 40-strong WebMedia, all while completing an honours degree. He speaks several languages, makes good use of his spare time, and is the principal architect behind the office's much-played motivational megamix. Karl loves hats and Blake's 7.

Ryan is a Java and iOS developer and a certified Apple hardware technician who can sometimes be found running around Birkenhead late at night with a flashlight on his head. Ryan continues to evolve both his software development and barista skills, and runs marathons for fun.

Christian joins us following the completion of his tertiary studies, and an internship during which he contributed a tonne of useful features to Letterboxd including Netflix integration and file importing. He works on both iOS and Java projects, and generally beats everyone in the office at finding cool stuff on the internet.
