The winners of the 2006 SxSW Web Awards were announced in Austin, Texas on Sunday, with 95bFM missing out in the CSS category to deserving winner Kutztown University Communication Design. SxSW's CSS category showcases sites that "push the boundaries of CSS coding technology, bringing together top-notch design and content with standards-compliant and accessible code".
